Subject: New Assessment Services Team Leader
I am delighted to announce that Kelly Boerner has been selected as our new Assessment Services Team Leader. Kelly came to PDI with a strong educational background in psychology (of course we have to give some credit to Professor Harry Brull at St. Olaf), relevant administrative and customer service experience, and a deep personal interest in the kind of work we do. In her relatively short time with us, she has mastered the complexities and challenges of the scheduler role and has shown that she is not only a quick learner but also has a lot of room for continued growth. Radiating a positive attitude and infectious good humor, she has become a strong advocate for teamwork and a collaborative team player, going out of her way to help others and gaining a reputation for delighting her clients and colleagues alike. Highly organized and disciplined, she has initiated work process improvements and championed the recommendations of others with persistence and dependable follow through. She has set a great example for all of us in her commitment to high standards of professionalism in all she does.
Since she is new to the Team Leader role, she will be working closely with Amy Christopherson as she "learns the ropes," becomes more familiar with the various roles on the team, and builds relationships with colleagues in the Assessment Services Practice Area and in other offices.
Please join Kshanika, Amy and me in congratulating Kelly and conveying your support for her in this important leadership role.
Thanks,
Elaine
